Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two shipping methods to get your gear to you:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after shipping
- Free Shipping (orders over $50): Delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after shipping
International Customers: We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions). International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our outdoor gear like we stand behind our adventures. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll make it right.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return:
- Items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached)
- Items must include original packaging with all accessories
- Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase
Important Hygiene Restrictions: For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Dog coats, packs & PFDs
- Hydration products
- Opened camping kitchen items (coffee & tea pots, cups, mugs & flasks)
- Personal flotation devices (PFDs)
Exceptions are made for defective items – contact us immediately if you receive a defective product.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact our Adventure Support Team within 15 days at [email protected] with your order number and return details
- Wait for authorization – We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number
- Package your item securely – Use original packaging when possible

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refund timing: Processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Refund method: Issued to your original payment method
- Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement once we receive and process your return
- If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method
Adventure Tip: Before returning hiking boots or outdoor footwear, please try them indoors to ensure proper fit. Outdoor-worn footwear cannot be accepted for return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your gear arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue
- We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed
