Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be:

  • In original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached)
  • In original packaging with all accessories
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase
Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on dog coats, PFDs (personal flotation devices), hydration products, or any opened camping kitchen items (coffee & tea pots, cups, mugs & flasks) unless defective.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our Adventure Support Team within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for authorization – We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package your item securely – Use the original packaging if possible, and include all original contents.
  4. Ship your return – Send the package to our return center at the address below. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
  • International returns: Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees.

Exchanges

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return.
  • If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference.
  • If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your gear arrives damaged or defective:

Adventure Tip: Before returning hiking boots or outdoor footwear, please try them indoors to ensure proper fit. Outdoor-worn footwear cannot be accepted for return.
